Introduction: Health insurance supervision and control has important role in achieving the health insurance and health system mission and goals, but it has not received much attention. This study aimed to review the researches related to health insurance supervision and control, and categorize the used topics and related data sources. Methods: The study was conducted using systematic mapping method. A total of 316 research papers (published until the end of 2018) were investigated in related databases. Atlas. ti8 software and keywording technique were used for analysis and data extraction. Results: Seven health insurance supervision (health insurance program/policy monitoring, cost control, coverage and financial protection, equity in health, health insurance data and claims assessment, and people/insured and health service supplier and control topics) as well as nine data sources were identified. Conclusion: Health insurance program/policy monitoring and cost control topics had the most research number, and people/insured and health service supplier topics were the least related researches.

Supervision and controlling in the field of management is controversial and challenging. It is obvious that being secular or religious influences one's behavior towards human and society. The same is true about one's view about management, its goals, methods, evaluation, and controlling. This study sought to study control and supervision from Imam Ali's point of view. Through some examples of Imam Ali's letters to others and his speeches, we endeavor to clarify his method of management. It is hoped that it would be useful for those who intend to be good followers of Imam Ali specially in management.

2Introduction: Education is the main engine of development and also the support point around which every activity revolves. To truly achieve the goals and objectives of education, there must be effective quality control and supervision. The purpose of this study is to examine the benefits and challenges of supervision and control in educational organizations. Methods: The current research is an integrated review based on articles related to the benefits, challenges, and recommendations of supervision and control in educational organizations, which was conducted to collecting information on studies conducted in this field. In this study, the method proposed by Whittemore & Knafl is used, which consists of five steps: A: identifying and determining the goal, B: searching for sources, C: evaluating data, D: analyzing data, and E: presenting results. . Using this method increases the accuracy of the study. Results: The result of the initial comprehensive search included 359 articles, and finally 11 articles were included in the study. The findings showed that the benefits and challenges of supervision and control in educational organizations are very large. But the main causes in educational organizations are the influence of supervision and control on the quality of education and the productivity of teachers, the enthusiasm and motivation of teachers towards the quality of the educational program, and improving the academic status of students. Conclusion: Considering the positive impact of supervision and control on the quality of education, it is suggested that educational organizations have a written plan for supervision and control in their organizations. The studies conducted showed that there are very few researches in the field of monitoring and control in universities, and considering the advantages and challenges mentioned, it is necessary for researchers to pay more attention to the issue of monitoring and control in universities. And this can improve the quality of education in universities.

Objective: Considering the development of specialized monitoring models, the effectiveness of these monitoring is a significant issue. Therefore, the present study seeks to investigate the effectiveness of specialized budget supervision from the perspective of managers (general managers).Method: This research is a mixed exploratory mixed method and an exploratory application in terms of purpose. In qualitative section, using deep interview technique and thematic analysis method, using purposeful sampling and theoretical sampling method. In the quantitative section, using collected data and a questionnaire and structural equation modeling (SEM) method has been fitted.Results:The final model of research in the society of general managers has 1 dimension, 4 components and 23 indicators. Based on the findings, the effectiveness of specialized supervision in dimensions and components and indicators is confirmed from the viewpoint of the community of the managers and the components of the research model has an effectiveness at the community level and has a positive and significant effect.Conclusion: In this way, components in the society of general managers including (evaluation and control, planning, motivation, corrective action) as well as indicators of the community of general managers (determining strengths and weaknesses of performance, improving managerial decisions) have the greatest impact on effectiveness. One of the prominent features of an efficient system of management controls is the ability to control the situation and the future. These capabilities reduce the likelihood of financial indiscipline by predicting and detecting in a timely manner. Establishing effective internal control system reduces the risk of financial.

Background and purpose: Information gathering and real-time monitoring of the surrounding environment play a key role in enhancing operational capabilities and achieving police goals and missions in the military command. The main goal of this research is to develop a suitable model of information elites in the field of monitoring the trade unions of coffee houses in Damavand city.Method: The present research is of applied type and mixed method in terms of purpose. The subject of study is 40 employees of the special police command of eastern Tehran province in the year 1400. The validity of the questionnaires was determined based on the content validity using the opinions of professors and experts in this field. The sampling method in this research is non-probability sampling. Sampling continued until theoretical saturation was reached, semi-structured interviews were also used to collect information, and data analysis was done in two stages as follows. In the first stage, information was extracted based on the results of the interviews, and in the The second was coded and classified and the general pattern governing them was deduced. To check the reliability of the questionnaires, Cronbach's alpha value (0.82) was calculated. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics and path analysis were used using SPSS software with a significance level (p<0.05).Findings: According to the results obtained, there is a significant relationship between supervision, control and participation in public places with the level of police supervision and control, as well as the participation of trade unions in places with a significance level of 5% and a probability of 95% and the improvement of public security. Background and Aim: Supervision and control are significant responsibilities of any governmental authorities, by means of which the process of accomplishing predetermined objectives are planned. Materials and Methods: For present study, the descriptive approach has been chosen and relevant information collected by the documentary and library method. Ethical Considerations: In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and confidentiality have been observed. Findings: Using the necessary supervisory means, following the relevant rules and regulations, and increasing the employees’ motivation and satisfaction, experienced managers introduce and institutionalize discipline to their workplace. This could lead to the decrease of violations and possible crimes committed by individuals, administrative and governmental organizations, and the reduction in the expenditures. Having been said, the following article attempts to define “ control” and “ supervision” from different aspects, and disprove the existence of multiple supervisory institutions to emphasize the necessity for a sole supervisory institution to manage the supervisory affairs by using some religious texts and the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran. A common method for controlling a group of parallel converters in decentralized control strategy structure in an island microgrid, the use is the droop-down characteristics of frequency ω-P and voltage E-Q. However, the problem with using this method is that the reactive power is not properly distributed (in proportion to the capacity of the micronutrients) between the micronutrients, which may lead to overload in the converters. Microgrids may also suffer from dynamic stability problems such as power fluctuations, which can be increased by switching between active and reactive power control. To avoid this problem, the X / R ratio of transmission lines is an important parameter that should be carefully considered in the design of micronutrient controllers. By linearizing and simplifying conditions, the control system conversion function model becomes a single input-single output system, which is efficient enough to show the relationship between control parameters such as slope of droop characteristics and derivative sentences, virtual impedance, and voltage controllers. Using this model, stability conditions for different parameters are analyzed. Also, to improve power distribution stability, common droop strategies are modified by adjusting the slope as well as adding nonlinear sentence sections. This approach reduces the coupling between active and reactive power control and reduces the dependence of power distribution on grid parameters such as the X / R ratio. To evaluate the reliability of the proposed model, the simulation results in a sample island microgrid in MATLAB software are presented.

Social control has been proposed as an indisputable principle in Quranic literature and as a genuine function in sociology. Social control or supervision are the ways in which a person can be forced to adapt to the culture of a society. This culture includes the values, beliefs, norms and in general the deep layers of the social world. By introducing this term to the Qur'an and recognizing its Qur'anic equivalent, the purpose of this article can be achieved, which is the processing of systematic organizational social control from the Qur'an's point of view. This article has been done in a descriptive-analytical manner and the information has been collected using the library filing method and an attempt has been made to use Islamic science software. The findings indicate that God, as a prudent and efficient manager in managing all of creation as a macro-social system, has used various methods of organizational social control. Social control in the literature of the Qur'an has been achieved openly and directly, covertly and indirectly, and most importantly, public social control. Therefore, with different and efficient observers in different fields, it will achieve a fast and appropriate movement towards the desired society. This attitude is a model for drawing a desirable society so that the process of internalization of norms in each individual of the researcher community and society achieves its goal.
